1. The poster material we use is the high quality silk cloth, with fine texture and smooth surface. It is very thin, not waterproof (A little bit of water can not touch, if you wash your hands please wait completely dry) , but it can be preserved for a long time.
2. Posters in hard plastic tube, we will start fulfill your order in the Next business day, it can take up 2-3 business days to dispatched(A business day does not include Chinese public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays).
3. To ensure that you receive our goods smoothly, please provide the correct delivery address and the recipient’s name, once goods delivery will not be able to change the address.
4. All of my items are of premium quality. but printed poster looks different from pictures of computer screen,As color displayed on every device may be different,the colors of actual products may look a little different from the picture you see,this is absolutely normal,if you cannot accept this,please do not place order.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
